  1. What kind of products can I get from Adorable Pots?
    Adorable Pots provides its customers with a wide variety of pots for succulents and cacti for your home, garden, or office. We also have a gifting option for special people and special days.
  2. Do the pots sell, including living plants as it given on product pictures?
    Usually, our pots don’t include living plants, but custom order is available. In such a case, just let us know at hi@adorablepots.com.
  3. What material are your pots made of?
    Some of Our pots are made from ceramic, and others are made from resin materials.
  4. When will there be other pot colors available?
    Soon we’ll update our catalog. To be informed, please subscribe to our newsletter, and we’ll let you know as we get them.
  5. How much does the shipping cost?
    We offer a $5 flat rate shipping to our customers on all orders. For more shipping information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
  6. Do you ship to countries other than the USA?
    As of right now, the USA is the only country we ship to.
  7. When will my order ship?
    Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 48 business hours to process before shipping. Please note we do not ship on Sundays or holidays. After processing, you’ll get your order in 3-5 business days.
  8. Which payment method do you accept for your online shop?
    We accept the most major payment options, such as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
  9. Is it safe to use my credit card?
    We strive to provide you with a safe and convenient shopping experience. We’re using the WooCommerce platform, one of the safest, most popular e-commerce platforms in the world, trusted by thousands of businesses and individuals. We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a readable way to anyone but us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information as it is transmitted to us and then to Stripe, Paypal, or Google Pay for payment processing.
  10. My pot arrived damaged, what do I do?
    We guarantee the safe and healthy arrival of all our pots and happily send you a replacement free of charge. Please have your order number and a photo of your damaged pots ready, then let us know via email so we can ship a replacement for you as soon as possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us at hi@adorablepots.com.
  11. Can I return or exchange the pots if I don’t like the color once I get it?
    It’s our priority to take care of customer satisfaction. You can return pots within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us at hi@adorablepots.com.
  12. What’s your return/exchange policy on sale items?
    All items may be returned for a full refund exclusive of shipping within 14 days of purchase. Please, read our full Return Policy.
  13. Can I change an order after I’ve placed it?
    We may be able to cancel or edit the address on your order within a short window. If this is something you’d like to do, email hi@adorablepots.com as soon as possible!
    We are unable to add items or adjust quantities on orders that have already been placed.
